Shipping Policy

All Lucinn orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is confirmed and handled by our fulfillment team, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

For standard shipping delivery, the estimated times are as follows:

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Standard delivery to USA and Canada: 4 to 6 business days
  • Free Shipping is currently available across the United States for a limited time

In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will display the backorder status and expected ship date on the product page and in your confirmation email. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and Lucinn does not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping may take longer during holidays such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.

Order Tracking

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available once you receive your shipping notification. In some cases, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status. If you have not received your order within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact support@lucinn.com with your name and order number.

Important Reminder:

Please ensure all personal and shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for delivery issues or loss resulting from incorrect details provided at checkout.

Address and Order Modifications

Buyers are responsible for ensuring all shipping addresses, product sizes, and variants are entered correctly at checkout. Due to our fast processing times, there is a very small window to cancel or change order details.

If you need to request a change, contact support@lucinn.com within 48 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before shipment. If an order is already processed, you may return the item once it arrives.

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address. If an order is lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Reshipment of the product: The customer is responsible for shipping costs plus a 4.99 USD processing fee.
  2. Refund: We will refund the order value minus shipping costs and a 4.99 USD processing fee.

Customer Service

Our team typically responds within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. If you do not see a response, please check your spam folder to ensure our emails were not filtered incorrectly.
