Shipping Policy

We do our best to get all Lucinn's out as soon as possible. During normal times, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

In the rare occurrence that Lucinn is out of stock. If this happens, we’ll display the backorder status and expected ship date directly on the product image on our site, and we’ll also include the expected “ships by” date in your order confirmation email. Backordered items may extend the anticipated delivery timeframe, so please check these details if you’re purchasing a backordered product.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Lucinn items are available for purchase in the continental United States.

US Shipping costs are based on the dollar value of your order, and we're able to offer free shipping across the country for this limited period.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@lucinn.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@lucinn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We are doing our best to get your orders out as fast as possible. Once you receive your tracking number, it may take up to 5-7 business days for your tracking information to update. Thank you for your patience!

NOTE:
If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 3 business days). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please reach out to support@lucinn.com. Please allow 5-7 business days for the tracking information to show.

In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@lucinn.com within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.  If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address. If the order is lost due to the incorrect shipping information that the customer has provided, then the customer will have two (2) options:

  1. We can re-ship another product to the customer, and they will be responsible for the shipping cost (depending on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99USD) for the new order.
  2. We can refund the customer for the value of the order minus the shipping cost (depending on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99USD).


      ORDER MODIFICATION DISCLAIMER

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order details once the order has been made. If you decide you need to change a detail about your order, please write to us at support@lucinn.com within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to make the change, you can return your order to us once you've received it.  If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.
